Community Research

Research has given us a growing appreciation of our place in the natural environment, and a better understanding of social, economic and cultural forces. While research has become increasingly collaborative and international, local research remains an essential part of the pursuit and exploitation of new knowledge which will provide us with the data needed to understand and influence change for the better, and for our future.

Gibraltar's first ever Health and Lifestyle Survey was completed mid 2008 and we are currently analysing the data.

Below are the areas of research conducted in Gibraltar.
